Position Details

1(Full time)

Experience Required:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a subject teacher, preferably in CBSE senior secondary classes, with a proven track record of effective teaching and learner progression.

Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in Physics (mandatory)
• B.Ed qualification required
• Experience in CBSE correction/evaluation is preferred

Grades Handling:

Grades 9–12 (Senior Secondary)

Mode of Interview:

In-person Interview + Teaching Demonstration

Salary:

Compensation will match the candidate’s experience and expertise. Salary is not a constraint for a deserving educator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging and concept-driven Physics sessions for Grades 9–12.
• Develop lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources aligned with CBSE curriculum.
• Develop meaningful assessments, case studies, and learning materials.
• Prepare learners effectively for CBSE board examinations.
• Integrate real-world examples, experimentation, and inquiry-based approaches.
• Track student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with faculty members on interdisciplinary learning experiences.
• Participate actively in school events, academic planning, and professional development initiatives.
