The auditorium buzzed with curiosity as Learners gathered for this interactive session. With focused attention, notebooks in hand, and thoughtful questions, Learners actively participated in discussions that encouraged reflection and clarity. The session was led by Abhishek Gulati, Vice President – Global Education & Strategy at Mindler. A seasoned growth strategist, Abhishek heads Mindler’s Global Education Vertical and mentors children aspiring for admissions to leading Indian and International Universities, including Ivy League institutions. An alumnus of University College London (UCL), with exchange credentials from the London School of Economics (LSE) and HEC Paris, he brought a strong global perspective, strategic insight, and practical experience to the discussion.
About the Career Talk Session
For Grade 10 Learners, Abhishek conducted a one-hour session on Aptitude and Profile Building for Indian and Abroad Universities. Through real-life examples and structured explanations, he highlighted what Universities look for – academic consistency, leadership, initiative, extracurricular involvement, and authentic personal narratives. Learners gained clarity on starting early, making informed subject choices, and building a strong, well-rounded profile.
The Grade 8 session, titled “Passion Palette – Painting Your Hobbies, Interests, and Skills,” was equally engaging. Through guided reflection activities, Learners identified their passions, skills, and interests, understanding how these elements shape long-term career choices. The session encouraged creativity, self-expression, and confidence.
