Broad Job Summary :
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Admin/Admission executive whose important role is to manage the admissions process for a family from first contact with the school to admission of the pupil to THE SCHOOL.
The Admin/Admissions executive supports the school management team and Marketing in the organisation and running of promotional events, building relationships with feeder schools, maintenance of full and accurate records of all enquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing the admission process from the initial enquiry to the pupil joining the school.
- Maintaining relevant records pertaining to enquiry, admission and related information.
- Send out prospectuses and other relevant literature.
- Administer registrations and applications.
- Meet prospective parents and their children
- Arrange school tours for prospective admissions and arrange interviews with the school Principal and ensuring that follow-up correspondence is sent as per the Admissions Policies of the school.
- To maintain the school’s admissions database up-to-date, ensuring that all enquiries/records of prospective pupils and registrations are entered into the database.
- Relevant information to be provided to the Principal prior to meeting with families.
- Accurately record all changes to the school records as they are confirmed including admissions, Transfer certificate and other important information regarding the student.
- Assessment Days, arrangements for prospective pupils, coordinating with the concerned department regarding provision of entrance papers, coordinate with relevant teaching staff to ensure efficient marking of papers.

- Coordinate with Feeder Schools to ensure school reports/references are provided on all prospective pupils.
- Maintain communication link with all prospective parents at all times.

Educational Qualifications :
Graduate/Post graduate from reputed university with good academic records.
Computer skills:
Basic to intermediate with working knowledge in MS office, Power Point.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role in reputed schools.
